Music for Media
Does your game, film or other project need original music with professional quality and a strong artistic vision? Then look no further!
I'm Eve Vickers, a composer and sound artist, capable of working in a wide variety of styles. I have many years of experience in composition, having written for professional ensembles such as the BBC Philharmonic Orchestra. I also have a Master degree in Composition from the Royal Northern College of Music, one of the UK's most prestigious music conservatoires.
I'm also very passionate about games and films, and I have a good understanding of what music these projects need to succeed.
If you're interested in music for your project by a versatile, creative, and professionally-trained composer, send me a message via my Contact page.

F.A.Q.
Q: Do you use real instrumental recordings or VSTs? A: I'm very experienced in writing for both real instruments and for VSTs, and depending on your project's need and your budget, I can produce music using real instrumental recordings if necessary. Do note that if you would like real instrumental recordings, there may be significant increases in cost to facilitate the production of sheet music and the hiring of musicians. I'm also an intermediate French Horn player. I can provide French Horn recordings myself, which will be quicker and cheaper than any other instrument.
Q: What styles can you compose in? A: The bulk of my training is in classical music, cinematic music, and experimental music. I'm also fairly experienced in writing chiptune, ambient music, and video game OSTs. I am very open to learning new things, and I would be more than willing to write in whatever style fits the needs of your project.
Q: How long will you take? A: All music is different, and may require different amounts of time to produce. For a smaller project (for example, 3 minutes of relatively simple music), it could take as little as a week for you to get a finished product. If a project is taking longer than anticipated, I will make sure I offer a clear line of communication to let you know when you can expect it.
Q: Do you offer revisions? A: Yes, I will offer up to 3 revisions at no additional charge.
Q: How much do you charge? A: All projects are different, and may require different level of compositional complexity, different levels of investment in musicians and software, and different overall quantities of music. Therefore, I can't offer a guarantee on price. My base rate is £120 (~$150 USD, ~€145 EUR) per minute of music. I am open to negotiation depending on the nature of your project, your budget, and if simpler music is required.
